Are there any subscription plans available?

We use advanced encryption technologies and comply with strict privacy laws to safeguard your data. Our systems undergo annual security audits, including penetration and vulnerability tests, to ensure they meet industry standards.

B. Wash & Fold Subscription

What is a wash & fold subscription?

The Wash & Fold Subscription is a convenient, hassle-free laundry service where we handle everything from washing, drying, and folding your clothes. Enjoy regular doorstep pickup and delivery based on your selected plan: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Tri-Weekly pickups. It’s designed to save you time and simplify your laundry routine.


How much laundry can I send each time with the subscription?

Each pickup covers up to 7kg of laundry, which is approximately 20 shirts, 5 trousers, and 2 towels. If your laundry exceeds this weight, a small surcharge of RM7 per additional kg will apply.


What if I don’t use all my pickup each month?

Unused pickups do not roll over to the next month. To make the most of your plan, we recommend sending in laundry during your pickups regularly.


Can I request one-off express service for my subscription plan?

Yes! If you need your laundry processed faster than the standard turnaround, you can request a one-off express service (next day) for an additional fee.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by managing it in our app or contacting our customer support team or. In addition, there are no cancellation fees.


Can I pause my subscription?

Our subscription service cannot be paused. To keep your laundry service uninterrupted and ensure efficiency, your plan will continue as scheduled throughout the billing cycle. However, you can cancel anytime with no penalties and easily resubscribe when you're ready.


Can I change my subscription plan?

Absolutely! You can switch your plan based on your needs. Just contact our support team before your next billing cycle.


Can I send in anything I want to wash?

Our subscription covers all machine-washable garments and towels that are safe for tumble drying. Items like delicate fabrics, shoes, bags, household items, and dry-clean-only clothing are not included in the standard plan but can be processed as an add-on service for an extra fee.


Can I receive a pickup or delivery if I’m not home?

Yes, you can! If you're unavailable during your scheduled timeslot, you can let us know where to collect or leave your laundry. However, please note that we are not liable for any missing or damaged items during unattended pickups or deliveries.


What are the turnaround times for subscription?

Pickup and delivery days are set based on your preferences and remain consistent throughout your subscription for convenience. After each pickup, your clean laundry will be returned on your next scheduled pickup day, ensuring a smooth and predictable service.

  • Weekly Plan (1x Pickup)
    • Pickup and delivery once a week on your preferred day.
    • Example: If you choose Monday, we’ll pick up your laundry that day and return it cleaned on the following Monday.
  • Bi-Weekly Plan (2x Pickups)
    • Two pickups per week on your selected days.
    • First Pickup Day: Laundry picked up on your first chosen day is returned on your second chosen day.
    • Second Pickup Day: Laundry collected on the second day will be returned on the first day of the following week.
    • Example: Selecting Monday & Thursday means laundry picked up on Monday is returned Thursday, and Thursday’s laundry is returned the next Monday.
  • Tri-Weekly Plan (3x Pickups)
    • Three pickups per week on your selected days.
    • First Pickup Day: Laundry picked up on the first day is returned on the second.
    • Second Pickup Day: Laundry collected on the second day is returned on the third.
    • Third Pickup Day: Laundry collected on the third day is returned on the first day of the next week.
    • Example: Choosing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday means laundry picked up on Monday is returned Wednesday, Wednesday’s on Friday, and Friday’s on Monday.

Are there any additional fees with the subscription?

Our plans are designed to be all-inclusive, but additional charges may apply for:

  • Exceeding the 7kg weight limit: RM7 per additional kg.
  • Express Services: Faster turnaround for urgent needs.
  • Specialty Items: Delicates, bedding, and dry-clean-only items not covered in standard plans.

What is dry cleaning?

Dry cleaning is a cleaning process that uses solvents instead of water to clean delicate fabrics. It is especially useful for fabrics that could shrink, distort, or lose their texture when washed in water. The process removes dirt, stains, and odors while being gentle on the material.


Can you remove stains 100%?

While we use advanced stain removal techniques, some stains may be more difficult to remove due to the type of fabric or the age of the stain. However, we always aim to achieve the best possible result.


Can I provide my own detergent?

For the best results, we use high-quality detergents that are specifically suited for various fabrics. To maintain consistent service quality and ensure optimal care for your items, we do not allow the use of personal detergents.


How does Mr.Clean SuperApp ensure service quality?

We maintain the highest quality standards with comprehensive pre- and post-service inspections. If you're not completely satisfied with the cleaning results, we offer a complimentary re-cleaning service to ensure your satisfaction.


Do you offer express services?

Yes, we offer a 24-hour express service. For example, if you send your laundry by 2 PM today, you can collect it by 2 PM the next day, subject to the respective outlet’s operating hours.

D. Payments and Referrals

How can I pay for services?

We offer secure payment options, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, direct bank transfers, and our exclusive prepaid wallet system.


Is there a referral program?

Yes! After each service, you'll receive a quality survey. We encourage you to rate and review your experience to help us continually improve our services.


Is customer support available 24/7?

Our customer support team is available from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays.


What should I do if I have a dispute regarding the service provided?

Contact our friendly customer support team, and we will mediate to find a fair resolution.


How do you ensure the safety of my items during service?

We follow strict safety guidelines to ensure your items are handled with care throughout the service process.

How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information on our mobile app (available on IOS and Android).


What should I do if I forget my login password?

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number, allowing you to reset your password securely.


How do I change my registered phone number?

Navigate to the My Account section in the app and follow the instructions to update your phone number. An OTP will be sent to the new number for verification.


How do I delete my Mr.Clean SuperApp account?

You can delete your account by going to My Account and selecting the "Delete Account" option or by contacting our customer support team for assistance.
